2. Bonuses and Offers

2.1 Accumulator Bonus

1. The bonus is awarded on all Accumulators with 3 or more selections.
2. You will receive a bonus on your Accumulator winnings depending on the number of selections. For a Treble you will receive a bonus of 3% of your winnings, a 4'fold attracts a bonus of 4% etc, up to a maximum of 10% for 10 or more selections.
3. This bonus only applies to the Win part of any bet. Winnings are defined as being the payout minus the stake for a particular bet. For example, a successful £10 five team accumulator which pays out £85 would show winnings of £75. The 5% bonus on winnings (£3.75) would then be added, giving a total payout of £88.75.
4. The bonus will apply based on the number of actual active selections. If an Accumulator has 7 selections and one of these selections does not run, or a match is postponed, the bonus added will be based on a 6'fold (6%) if the remaining selections all win. If a Non Runner(s) reduces a bet to less than 3 selections then no bonus will be added.
5. The returns displayed on your bet slip will include the potential returns and, as an additional figure, the accumulator bonus which would apply to that bet. These figures are intended as a guide only as non-runner(s) reducing the final number of selections, a dead heat or a Rule 4 deduction could affect the final amount. Bonus amounts will not be shown on the bet slip if one or more selection is taken at Starting Price (SP).
6. This offer closes 23:59 UK Time 30^th September 2010.

2.2 Lucky 15, 31 & 63`s

1. We will pay double the odds for one winner for all 'Lucky Bets'.
2. This will only apply to the win part of any bet. The place part of a bet will be settled at the correct odds.
3. Should a bet contain a Non-Runner then all bonuses will not apply.
4. Please refer to the 'Bet Types' section for the particular additional bonuses which apply to the different 'Lucky' bets.

2.3 Guaranteed Odds

1. On occasions we may offer to 'Guarantee' Early Prices on certain Horse or Greyhound races. This means that if you take an early price in your bet and the SP is greater, then your bets will be paid out at SP.
2. This applies to both win and place single and multiple bets.
3. The prices for a Best Odds Guaranteed Race will be displayed in Green on the website.
4. If a Rule 4 affects the prices so the bigger price actually works out less than the smaller one, bets will be paid out at whichever price works out the highest after all deductions have been taken into account.
5. Bets at board prices and/or ante-post prices are not guaranteed unless specifically indicated otherwise.

2.4 Double Result (First Past the Post)

1. The offer will only apply to Win Singles (or the win part of each way singles) on Horse Racing in the UK and Ireland. Multiple bets will be settled on the official result only.
2. We will pay out on both results if a winner is disqualified. This applies to the Win part of bets only, i.e. where we pay both on the official result and a disqualified winner subject to the following conditions.
3. A double result will not be paid if a selection takes the wrong course, carries the wrong weight, the jockey fails to weigh in, the judge calls the wrong result, a race is declared void or any ante-post bet.
4. The maximum stake for this concession is £200. For bets larger than this amount the concession will only apply to the first £200 of the stake. Any remaining stake will be settled in accordance with the official result.

2.5 Sign Up Bonus for New Customers

1. These terms and conditions apply to customers registered between 09/02/2010 00:01 and 31/05/2010 23:59 GMT. This bonus is no longer available to new customers.
2. The sign up bonus will equal 20% of the customer's initial deposit, up to a value of £200. The initial deposit is the sum for which the sign up bonus has been applied and will be comprised of deposits made for the duration of 7 days from the time the first deposit is made. The sign up bonuses are added to a customer's account balance after each deposit made within these 7 days.
3. The sign up bonus will be available for betting immediately.
4. Withdrawal of the sign up bonus and any winnings on that bonus will only be possible once the sum of bets placed (bonus turnover) by the customer reaches at least 3 times their initial deposit amount. Only accumulative bets, with at least 3 selections priced at 1.30 (3/10) or higher, will count towards the bonus turnover.
5. Bets using the sign up bonus and any winnings from the sign up bonus will be counted in the bonus turnover.
6. Any withdrawal which touches the customer's initial deposit amount will cause the sign up bonus and any bonus winnings to be cancelled, providing the required sum of qualifying bets placed has not been reached (see point 4).

Examples

a) The customer deposits £150 into their account within 7 days. The sign up bonus is £30. The customers account balance will be £180. The customer places a £180 treble on winning selections priced at 1.30, 1.30 and 1.40. The bonus turnover will be £180.
The customer's balance will now be £425.88, including:
£150 Initial Deposit
£204.90 Winnings from bet placed with Initial Deposit
£30 Initial Sign Up Bonus
£40.98 Winnings from bet placed with Sign Up Bonus.

If a customer makes a withdrawal of £204.90 (winnings from Initial Deposit) or less, their balance will still include the bonus and bonus winnings of £70.98. If a customer makes a withdrawal of over £204.90, their bonus and any winnings from that bonus will be lost (£70.98). This is because the customer withdrew part of their initial deposit amount without meeting the bonus turnover conditions set out in point 4 (3 times the initial deposit).
b) The customer deposits £1500 into their account within 7 days. The sign up bonus will be £200, the initial bonus deposit will be considered as £1000 and the account balance will be £1700.
7. For multiple bets, which consist of different accumulators, each accumulator will be counted towards the bonus turnover providing they meet the price and selection conditions set out in point 4.
8. In the event of non runners etc in an accumulative bet, making it not comply with the price and selection conditions set out in point 4, these bets will not be counted towards the bonus turnover.
9. Lucky15, Lucky31 and Lucky63 bets will not be counted in bonus turnover regardless of the selection prices.
10. If the customer loses their funds, including the initial deposit, but the bonus turnover conditions have not been met, the initial bonus and any winnings on that bonus will be available to bet with but not to withdraw. In order to achieve the necessary sum of qualifying bets (see point 4), and therefore make the bonus available to withdraw, the customer may need to deposit additional funds or place bets using their existing sign up bonus and any bonus winnings.
11. The bonus turnover must be reached within 90 days. If the necessary sum of qualifying bets is not placed within this period, the sign up bonus and any bonus winnings are cancelled.
12. The sign up bonus will no longer apply if the customer loses their initial bonus and any bonus winnings.
13. The latest information on a bonus can be found under My Account - Bonuses, which becomes available after the customer has logged in. This page displays information on the initial deposit amount, the volume of qualifying bets (bonus turnover) remaining to make the sign up bonus and any bonus winnings available to withdraw and the qualifying bonus turnover completed so far.
14. These bonus terms and conditions apply to GBP deposits or the currency equivalent.
15. Sign up bonuses are limited to one bonus per customer. If we suspect that a customer or a syndicate opens up several accounts or places several bets in order to receive more than one sign up bonus or to profit regardless of the outcome of the event, we reserve the right to cancel any previously issued bonuses and bonus winnings, as well as any bets made using the sign up bonus.
