4. Payments
4.1 General
- All customer funds deposited to Panbet.com are held in a segregated account.
- You can only have one registered payment source on your account at any one time. This can be either a bank card or a wallet/purse. For alternative payment methods please contact Customer Care for assistance.
- If you need to change your registered payment source you will be able to do so online if your account balance is zero and you have no outstanding unsettled bets, otherwise you will need to call Customer Care for assistance.
- The minimum deposit is £5 or the currency equivalent.
- On the page, a pop-up message will be displayed after each transaction confirming whether it was successful or not. However, should your computer crash or browser time out before this message is displayed, the deposit/withdrawal to/from your Panbet account may still have been processed. If you are in any doubt please check your account history and/or call Customer Care for clarification.
- You can make a withdrawal of any funds within your account by using the Withdraw button. The minimum withdrawal is £5 or the currency equivalent, unless your account balance is less then £5 or the currency equivalent in which instance the minimum withdrawal will be the full balance of the account. In this case you will have to contact Customer Care to process the withdrawal.
- Winnings can only be paid back online to the bank card or wallet/purse registered on your account. To be paid by alternative means please contact Customer Care for assistance.
- If you wish to withdraw more than the amount allowed online you will need to call Customer Care to make the request.
- If your address or payment source has changed since your ID was last verified, we reserve the right to ask for any further ID verification before processing any withdrawals. Otherwise, once your account has been verified we would not usually seek further identification.
- Once a withdrawal request has been approved then the money will be transferred to the registered bank card or wallet/purse. This will generally take between 3 to 5 days depending on the banking process or payment method used, but on occasions may take longer. For other withdrawal methods please contact Customer Care for assistance. We take no responsibility for any losses incurred to the account holder if the transfer takes longer than expected.
- We will not allow money to be transferred between different payment sources nor will we allow deposits and withdrawals without an appropriate level of bets being placed for the purpose of the customer obtaining spending points for their card, air miles etc.
- We will not be held responsible for consequential damages or losses that occur as a result of using our website, or by referring to it’s content, including interruption to service, downtime, third party misuse or as a result of any errors or omissions.
- If large amounts of money are being deposited then we will always seek to verify customer identification following the guidelines set out by the AGCC Money Laundering and Fraud Regulations. On occasions, this may require verification being completed after a deposit but before any betting is allowed.
- If amounts of money are being deposited and withdrawn which are not in relation to bets being placed on an account, or we have suspicions about the way an account is being maintained, then we will always seek to verify customer identification before processing a withdrawal, following the guidelines set out by the AGCC Money Laundering and Fraud Regulations.
4.2 Credit / Debit Cards
- If you have registered a credit or debit card with us and there is a balance and/or unsettled bets on your account, then you will be able to change the card online if only the issue number and/or expiry date have changed. If the main number on the card has changed you will be able to do so online if your account balance is zero and you have no outstanding unsettled bets, otherwise you will need to call Customer Care for assistance. You may be required to provide proof of identification in this instance.
- Due to card scheme rules we are unable to accept non-UK issued Maestro and Mastercards.
4.2.1 Registering a Credit / Debit Card
To register a Credit/Debit Card:
- Log into our website using your username and password.
- Click on the My Account link.
- Click on the Payment Sources link and select Bank Card.
- Choose the type of card you wish to use for your account. Remember you can only register one card, which cannot be a non-UK Maestro or Mastercard.
- Enter your Card Number as it appears on the front of your card.
- Enter your name as it appears on the front of your card.
- Enter the valid from and valid to dates.
- If your card has an issue number you can enter that now.
- Click on Create Payment Source.
4.2.2 Credit / Debit Card Deposits
- To make a deposit, log into your Panbet account and select the Deposit button.
- Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
- You will also be required to confirm your registered card's security number (CVV number) and your account password before making the deposit.
- A message will then be displayed confirming whether the transaction was successful or not.
4.2.3 Credit / Debit Card Withdrawals
- To make a withdrawal, log into your Panbet account and select the Withdraw button.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
- You will be required to confirm your account password when making a withdrawal.
- A message will then be displayed confirming whether the withdrawal was successful or not.
4.3 WebMoney
- We accept WebMoney accounts in the following currencies; United States Dollar (WMZ-purse), Euro (WME-purse), Belorussian Roubles (WMB-purse).
- You are only permitted to use one WebMoney purse with your account.
4.3.1 Registering WebMoney to your Panbet Account
- In order to register a WebMoney wallet to your Panbet account you must have a WebMoney account.
- To create a WebMoney account please visit: http://www.wmtransfer.com/ and follow the Join Up instructions provided.
- Once this has been completed, log into our website using your username and password combination.
- Go to the My Account – Payment Source page.
- Click on the Create Payment Source button to add the Webmoney wallet to your Panbet account.
- You will need to have funds in your WebMoney purse before you will be able to deposit money into your Panbet account.
- Alternatively, if you do not have a Panbet account you can add your wallet after you have entered your personal details and preferences in the Join Now section.
4.3.2 Deposits to your Panbet Account using WebMoney
- The WebMoney site automatically detects which version of WM Keeper you are using. If you have installed WM Keeper Classic please make sure that you have it running before continuing.
- Deposits can be made from the Panbet Deposit page. Here you will be asked to enter the amount that you wish to deposit into your Panbet account and your account password. Enter the amount, your Panbet password and click on Make Deposit.
- You will then be redirected to the WebMoney website. Here you will be given the option to make or cancel your deposit to Panbet. If you wish to continue click the Pay button and then click Next. (A verification code is displayed on this screen. You will need this for the next step.)
- You will be directed to the Confirmation of Payment window where you will need to enter the code displayed on the previous screen. Click Yes.
- On the following screen choose your purse from the drop down box. Click on Confirm Payment.
- When this is processed you will be shown a transaction summary page and confirmation whether your transaction has been completed successfully or not.
- You will then be redirected back to the Panbet site where the balance in your Panbet account will be updated to reflect this deposit.
4.3.3 Withdrawals from your Panbet Account using WebMoney
- With effect from 15/05/2010, we are pleased to advise that Panbet will pay on your behalf the standard webmoney withdrawal commission of 0.8%.
- Log in to your Panbet account and click on Withdraw. Enter the withdrawal amount and confirm your Panbet account password. A message will then be displayed confirming whether the withdrawal was successful or not.
- Winnings can only be paid back to the purse registered on your Panbet account.
4.4 Moneybookers
- We accept Moneybookers accounts in the following currencies; British Pound, United States Dollar or Euro.
4.4.1 Registering Moneybookers to your Panbet Account
- To register Moneybookers to your Panbet account you must already have a Moneybookers account. To create a Moneybookers account please visit www.moneybookers.com and follow the Join Up instructions provided.
- Once this has been completed, log into our website using your username and password combination.
- Go to the My Account – Payment Source page.
- Select Moneybookers from the Payment Source Type.
- Enter your Payment email address. This is the email address which is registered to your Moneybookers account.
- Click on the Create Payment Source button to complete the registration process.
- You will need to have funds in your Moneybookers account before you will be able to deposit money into your Panbet account.
- Alternatively, if you do not have a Panbet account, you can register your Moneybookers details after you have entered your personal details and preferences in the Join Now section.
4.4.2 Deposits to your Panbet Account using Moneybookers
- Deposits can be made from the Panbet Deposit page. Here you will be asked to enter the amount that you wish to deposit into your Panbet account and your Panbet account password, Then click on Make Deposit.
- You will then be redirected to a Payment to Panbet window within the Moneybookers interface. From here you will need to log into your Moneybookers account. You will need to enter the email address registered to your Moneybookers account and your Moneybookers password.
- You will also be asked to enter a 'Turing Number' here. This is a randomly generated security code displayed on this page to validate the login.
- On the following screen choose the payment method you wish to use to fund your deposit. Once you have chosen click Confirm to make the payment.
- You will then be redirected back to the Panbet site with confirmation whether your transaction has been completed successfully or not.
- The balance in your Panbet account will be updated to reflect this deposit.
- You are now able to use the funds in your Panbet account.
4.4.3 Withdrawals from your Panbet account using Moneybookers
- Log in to your Panbet account and click on Withdraw. Enter the withdrawal amount and confirm your Panbet account password. Your withdrawal will be processed as soon as you press the Make Withdrawal button. A message will then be displayed confirming whether the withdrawal was successful or not.
- Winnings can only be paid back to the Moneybookers account registered on your account.
4.5 Moneta
- We accept Moneta accounts in the following currencies; British Pound, United States Dollar, Euro or Russian Rouble.
4.5.1 Registering Moneta to your Panbet Account
- In order to register a Moneta wallet to your Panbet account, you must have a valid Moneta account.
- To create a Moneta account please visit www.moneta.ru and follow the Join Now instructions provided.
- Once this has been completed, log into our website using your username and password combination.
- Go to the My Account – Payment Source page.
- Click on the Create Payment Source button to add the Moneta wallet to your Panbet account.
- You will need to have funds in your Moneta purse before you will be able to deposit money into your Panbet account.
- Alternatively, if you do not yet have a Panbet account you can add your wallet after you have entered your personal details and preferences in the Join Now section.
4.5.2 Deposits to your Panbet Account using Moneta
- Deposits can be made from the Deposit page on the Panbet site. Here you will be asked to enter the amount that you wish to deposit into your Panbet account and your account password. Enter the amount, your Panbet password and click on Make Deposit.
- You will then be redirected to the Moneta website. Here you will be given the option to make or cancel your deposit to Panbet. If you wish to continue click the Pay button and then click Next. (A verification code is displayed on this screen. You will need this for the next step.)
- You will be directed to the Confirmation of Payment window where you will need to enter the code displayed on the previous screen. Click Yes.

4.5.3 Withdrawals to your Panbet Account using Moneta
- Log in to your Panbet account and click on Withdraw. Enter the withdrawal amount and confirm your Panbet account password. A message will then be displayed confirming whether the withdrawal was successful or not.
- Payments can only be made back to the Moneta account registered on your Panbet account.
4.6 Neteller
We accept Neteller Accounts in the following currencies: United States Dollars, Euros or British Pound.
4.6.1 Registering Neteller to your Panbet Account
- To register Neteller to your Panbet Account you must already have a Neteller Account.
- To create a Neteller Account, please visit www.neteller.com and follow the Join Now instructions provided.
- Once this has been completed, log into our website using your username and password combination.
- Go to the My Account – Payment Source page.
- Click on the Create Payment Source button to add the Neteller account to your Panbet account.
- You will need to have funds in your Neteller Account before you will be able to deposit money into your Panbet account.
- Alternatively, if you do not have a Panbet account you can add your wallet after you have entered your personal details and preferences in the Join Now section.
4.6.2 Deposits to your Panbet Account using Neteller
- Deposits can be made from the Deposit page on the Panbet site. Here you will be asked to enter the amount that you wish to deposit into your Panbet account, your account password and your Neteller security ID. Enter these details and click on Make Deposit.
- You will then see a message confirming whether your transaction has been completed successfully or not.
- The balance in your Panbet account will be updated to reflect this deposit.
- You are now able to use the funds in your Panbet account.
4.6.3 Withdrawals to your Panbet Account using Neteller
- Log in to your Panbet account and click on Withdraw. Enter the withdrawal amount and confirm your Panbet account password. A message will then be displayed confirming whether the withdrawal was successful or not.
- Payments can only be made back to the Neteller account registered on your Panbet account.
4.7 Bank transfer
Depositing and withdrawing by bank transfer
- Panbet allows you to deposit and withdraw directly to and from your bank account by bank transfer.
- At present it is only possible to deposit in Euro and GBP.
- If you wish to deposit by this method we advise you to open a Euro or GBP bank account.
- Withdrawals are available in the following currencies: Euro, GBP, US Dollar (USD), Australian Dollar (AUD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), New Zealand Dollar (NZD) and Polish Zloty (PLN).
