How do I place a bet?

Once you have found the selection you wish to bet on click on the appropriate price to add it to the bet slip. Repeat this process if adding more than one selection to a bet. Once all your selections have been made open the bet slip and the available bet types will show in the different tabs (providing there is more than one selection present). Select the type of bet you want to place – Single bets are available on the singles tab, Doubles, Trebles and Accumulators are available on the Accumulators tab and all other bet types are available on the Multiples tab. Enter your stake and check the each-way (E/W) box if you wish to extend your bet for a place, if each-way betting is available for this event. Once you are happy with your choices press the Place Bet button. You will then see a Confirm Bet message showing your total stake. If the bet is acceptable by our system and you have sufficient funds in your account pressing the Confirm Bet button will place your bet. You will receive a Bet Placed Successfully message, at which stage the bet has been 'placed'.

How do I place multiple bets on one slip?

You follow the steps as above to add selections to your bet slip. If you have selected bets which create more than one tab you will need to select the Retain Selections after Placement check box as the Place Bet button will only place bets from the active tab. You can navigate the available tabs by clicking on the headings and then place your bets using the Place Bet button on each individual tab.

What is an each-way bet?

An each way bet comprises two bets, one for your selection to win and one for it to be placed. If the selection wins you will be paid out for both the win and place bets. If the selection is placed you will be paid out at the appropriate place odds determined at the time your bet was placed or by the final number of runners. For more details refer to Help Section 9.2.
