How do I place a bet?
Choose your events and click on one or more prices for the selections which you are interested in. Open up the bet slip, where all possible bet types for your chosen selections will be displayed in various tabs across the top. Select the bet type you want to make. How do I place multiple bets on one slip?
You follow the steps as above to add selections to your bet slip. If you have selected bets which create more than one tab you will need to select the Retain Selections after Placement check box as the Place Bet button will only place bets from the active tab. You can navigate the available tabs by clicking on the headings and then place your bets using the Place Bet button on each individual tab.
What is an each-way bet?
An each way bet comprises two bets, one for your selection to win and one for it to be placed. If the selection wins you will be paid out for both the win and place bets. If the selection is placed you will be paid out at the appropriate place odds determined at the time your bet was placed or by the final number of runners. For more details refer to Help Section 9.2.
I think someone may have access to my account
In the My Account section there is a login history which shows the times and IP addresses from which the account has been accessed. If you have any doubts whatsoever about the integrity of your account then you should change your password immediately. You can discuss any concerns you may have with our Customer Care department.
I have requested a withdrawal but not received my funds?
Once a withdrawal request has been approved then the money will be transferred to the registered card or wallet. This will generally take between 3 to 5 days depending on the banking process, but on occasions may take longer. We take no responsibility for any losses incurred to the account holder if the transfer takes longer than expected. If payment is to be made by cheque we will endeavour to send the cheque within 3 days of receiving the request. We reserve the right to withhold any payment until the account holders details have been verified/confirmed.
My payout is less than I expected
You should first check that whether a Rule 4 or Dead Heat has affected the settlement. This will show on that bet`s details page in the bet history tab. For horse and greyhound racing you should check to see if Non Runners had changed the place terms of a race.
