3. Account Management

3.1 Bet History

  1. You can check your previous bets at any time by logging into the site and viewing the My Account – Bet History section.
  2. There are date parameters by which you can filter a search and you can also choose to only view Open or Settled bets.
  3. Once you have made your selection and pressed 'Show' a list of qualifying bets will appear. If you click on the 'View' option you can see the full details for any particular bet.

3.2 Account History

  1. You can check your transaction history at any time by logging into the site and viewing the My Account – Account History section.
  2. There are date parameters by which you can filter a search.
  3. Once you have made your selection and pressed 'Show' a list of all transactions will appear. This will show deposits, withdrawals, and any other account adjustments.

3.3 Login

  1. For your security in the My Account - Login History you can view all your previous login times and the IP address from which that login was made.
  2. Upon login, the main page automatically displays the length of time you have been logged during the current session.
  3. All actions while logged in will be performed over a secure connection until you log out or the session is terminated.
  4. The system will automatically log you out if you have been inactive for a certain length of time. You can change this setting in the My Account – Other Settings section.

3.4 Account Balance

  1. Your current account balance will display on screen once you have logged in. You can toggle this feature on and off in the My Account - Other Settings section.

3.5 Password/ Username

  1. Should any part of your registered details be construed as offensive in any way (i.e. username) then we reserve the right to close that account immediately.
  2. In the My Account section you can change your existing password.
  3. If you have forgotten your password there is a ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the main page which explains the steps necessary to recover your password.
  4. Your username can not be changed once the account has been opened.

3.6 Personal Details

  1. The billing address for the card registered with your account must match the address entered on your online account.
  2. It is your responsibility to ensure that their personal details are kept up to date, including address, telephone number, email and bank card/wallet details.
  3. Your details can be updated in the My Account – Personal Details section of the website. There may be some details you are not able to change yourself, in such instances you will need to call Customer Care to make those changes.
  4. You can update your Security Questions in the My Account - Secret Question section. The answer will show as encrypted on the website.

3.7 Promotions & Special Offers

  1. On occasions we may wish to email you details of current special offers and promotions. If you do not wish to receive these you can change the settings in the My Account – Other Settings section.
